Diana Swain

Founder

Biography

Diana Swain has always been at the forefront of championing justice for victims. As an assistant district attorney in the bustling Fulton County District Attorney’s office, she fiercely advocated for crime victims, ensuring they received the justice they deserved. Her indomitable spirit and deep compassion naturally led her to transition from fighting for crime victims to seeking justice for personal injury victims.

The core of Diana’s mission remains unchanged: a relentless pursuit of justice. Now, instead of working to bring closure and justice to crime victims, her focus is on securing the same for individuals injured through no fault of their own. Her unwavering dedication is a testament to her determination to ensure that her clients receive the maximum compensation possible for their unique circumstances.
