Diana Swain

Founder

Biography

Diana Swain has always been at the forefront of championing justice for victims. Serving as an assistant district attorney for the bustling Fulton County District Attorney’s office, she fiercely advocated for those wronged by criminals. Her indomitable spirit and profound compassion naturally led her to transition from defending crime victims to standing up for injury victims.

The essence of Diana’s mission remains unchanged: a relentless pursuit of justice. Now, rather than seeking the harshest sentences for perpetrators, her focus is to secure the maximum compensation for individuals injured through no fault of their own. Her unwavering drive is a testament to her commitment to justice for every client she represents.
